SECU Foundation offers Bridge to Career Program scholarships to local community college students

The member-funded SECU Foundation provided funds for up to 30 local students to receive SECU Bridge to Career scholarships valued at $500 to study at Rowan Cabarrus Community College.
The SECU Foundation introduced the SECU Bridge to Career program in 2018 to support students seeking to earn sustainable-paying careers in their local communities through North Carolina Workforce Development programs. The university-managed initiative focuses on helping individuals find vocational and job opportunities through qualified training programs that lead to state-regulated or industry-recognized certifications. The scholarship will be used for educational expenses and other expenses.
