But should you get your flu vaccine at Costco? I don’t see why you wouldn’t!
What vaccines does Costco offer?
There are many options for vaccinations this time of year, from your workplace clinic to your local clinic and, of course, other pharmacies. But the good thing about getting your flu vaccine at Costco is that other vaccines are also available at Costco, saving you both time and money.
If you’re not ready for insurance to cover the specific vaccinations you need, or don’t have the right insurance to begin with, Costco offers a huge variety of vaccines and very affordable options. COVID-19: Costco is offering all three coronavirus boosters. So whether it’s Pfizer, Moderna or Novovax, you’ll be covered for $139.99.

HPV: If you qualify, you can get the Gardasil 9 vaccine at Costco for just $269.99.
What you need to get vaccinated at Costco
Costco makes it very easy to get the vaccine at our pharmacy during flu season or any time of year. Just download the Costco mobile app and search for a pharmacy. There you’ll find the vaccination consent form you’ll need to bring with you, as well as an online scheduler to quickly book your appointment.
Your local Costco may allow walk-in appointments if the pharmacy is not busy, but you shouldn’t rely on that. Costco is a crowded place, so it’s never a good idea to gamble on not being crowded. You’ll also need your insurance card (if you have one), payment method, and identification. Remember, it’s very important to bring your insurance information with you, as Costco won’t be able to file a claim without it.
Finally, bring a book or at least a fully charged smartphone, as you will need to wait after vaccination to make sure you haven’t had a serious allergic reaction. It’s important to wait the entire window in case something goes wrong.
