PHOENIX (AZFamily) – Authorities closed off a road near a medical facility in south Phoenix after a substance was discovered Tuesday morning.

Details are still unclear, but around 3 a.m. Phoenix Fire and Police responded to Dignity Health Urgent Care in Ahwatukee.

When Arizona’s family arrived on the scene, there was a heavy presence of emergency personnel at the Dignity Health facility.

Phoenix Fire confirmed that material was found at this facility as well as multiple other sites in the area. It also confirmed that no injuries were reported in the incident.

Phoenix Fire closed sections of Chandler Boulevard between 42nd and 44th Streets and eastbound between 34th and 36th Streets as authorities continued their investigation.
