TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Working out has been proven to have a positive impact on your mental health. WCTV’s Mindful Moments segment is back to take care of its viewers’ mental health.

Kotrish Wright is a licensed clinical social worker and certified personal trainer in Tallahassee. She visited the WCTV studio to share how working out can improve your mental health. She spoke with Briana Shaw on The Good Morning Show about the science behind exercise to reduce anxiety and stress.
