Come on, Brother Kelce. Atlantic County has its own NFL sibling.
Bo and Max Melton were the first and second Cedar Creek High School graduates to be drafted into the NFL.
Bo was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft. However, the wide receiver ended up starting in Green Bay.
His younger brother Max was taken in the second round by the Arizona Cardinals two years later. The cornerback was selected 43rd overall, the highest selection by a Rutgers player since 2018, when Kemoko Turay was taken 52nd overall to the Indianapolis Colts.
On Sunday, the brothers played against each other for the first time in the NFL, as the Green Bay Packers hosted the Arizona Cardinals.
The brothers’ parents also drew attention by wearing split jerseys that referenced both Green Bay No. 80 and Arizona No. 16.

Green Bay won, but the brothers returned to the field shortly afterwards and exchanged jerseys.
“It still brings tears to my eyes when I look at that relationship,” Gary Melton Sr. told Packers.com before the game. “I saw them play together. I saw them talk to each other. It’s no surprise to us that Max was attracted to Bo because they were close in age. But at the same time he wanted to compete with Bo. He knew it would make him successful.” Well, look what happened. ”
