More than 70 employers will be attending the annual Fall Career & Internship Fair next week at Washtenaw Community College (WCC), which is open to the public and students alike.
The career fair is free and will be held on campus on Wednesday, Oct. 16, from 4 to 6 p.m., in the Morris Lawrence Building, 4800 East Huron River Drive, Ann Arbor.
Employers represent a wide range of sectors including automotive, advanced manufacturing, banking/mortgage, computer science, education/childcare, engineering, food service, healthcare, IT, government, law enforcement, retail, welding/manufacturing . Full-time, part-time, internship, and apprenticeship positions are available.
WCC has been offering free in-person and virtual workshops to help students and community members prepare to meet with employers. Two preparatory workshops will be held on Monday, October 14th.
