Half of the 10 Sunday afternoon games on the NFL’s Week 5 schedule are regional, but strangely, none of them feature teams with winning records. Still, bettors should feel a little more comfortable placing their Week 5 NFL bets on these contests, given the number of recent meetings that bring out trends. The schedule for 1 p.m. ET includes Ravens vs. Bengals, Patriots vs. Dolphins, and Colts vs. Jaguars, all of which have the spread under field goals for Week 5 in the NFL, according to the latest NFL odds.

As of 4:05 PM ET, Raiders vs. Broncos is also close, with Denver favored by three points. However, 49ers vs. Cardinals will be one of the biggest betting lines for Week 5 in the NFL, as San Francisco is a 7.5-point favorite. Which of these rivals should you place your football bet on? And where should you turn for this week’s other NFL games? All Week 5 NFL lines are listed below, and SportsLine’s advanced The computer model has all the NFL betting advice and NFL predictions you need to make the best pick in the NFL for Week 5.

Since its inception, the model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, has increased well over $7,000 for a $100 player with an A-rated NFL pick. The model enters Week 5 of the 2024 NFL season with an impressive 188-131 record among the NFL’s top-rated players dating back to the 2017 season. Since Week 7 of the 2022 NFL season, even A-rated NFL draft picks have gone 42-23.

The model has also ranked in NFLPickWatch’s top 10 for direct NFL picks in four of the last six years, beating over 94% of CBS Sports Football Pick ‘Em players four times during that time. Anyone who follows it has improved considerably.

We’re currently focusing on the latest NFL odds for Week 5 and NFL betting lines for the spread, moneyline, over-under, and locking in our picks for every NFL game. To see all our picks, go here.

Top Week 5 NFL Predictions

Arguably one of the model’s strongest Week 5 NFL picks is the 49ers (-7.5, 48.5) covering the spread against the Cardinals. Arizona is just 2-5 against the spread in divisional games since the start of last season, with the fifth-worst coverage percentage (28.6%). The Cards have lost four straight to San Francisco, and those games have come by an astonishing average margin of 22 points.

Despite not using nearly all of his weapons for the season, Brock Purdy leads the NFL in passing yards and yards per attempt. The SportsLine model projects him to have more than 50 more passing yards than Kyler Murray’s combined passing and rushing yards. Jordan Mason, the NFL’s second-leading rusher, is expected to gain 100 rushing yards, and San Francisco’s offense should dominate Arizona. So the model covers San Francisco (-7.5), has enough points to spare, and wins the ATS in well over 60% of the simulations. Find out which other teams to choose here.

Another NFL betting prediction for Week 5: Packers (-3, 49) cover on the road against the Rams. Green Bay overcame the loss against Minnesota with Jordan Love back in the game, but he clearly struggled early on. The Packers lost 28-0, but outscored the Vikings 29-3 in the final 35 minutes of the game. Love set career highs in both passing yards (389) and touchdowns (4) ahead of the matchup against a Rams defense that ranks 31st in both scoring and yards allowed.

Los Angeles just lost to the Bears and gave Caleb Williams his best game as a pro, setting career highs in both completion percentage and passer rating. LA was also only able to muster one touchdown on offense due to glaring weaknesses on that side of the ball. The Rams have a rushing offense wearing No. 28, but are still without wide receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua in the passing game. Love should be more stable a week after his injury, and the model projects Green Bay (-3.5) to get well over 50% of his coverage time. The model also states that the over (48.5) is hit in over 50% of the simulations. Find out which other teams to choose here.

How to make NFL picks for Week 5

The model also looks at who will win and cover every other game on the NFL’s Week 5 schedule, finding out which three teams have at least a 70% chance of winning outright and potentially earning big paydays. revealed. Only SportsLine has access to every pick for every game.
