EAST LIVERPOOL — Students from Lisbon, Beaver Local and Wellsville high schools joined East Liverpool students to consider post-graduation career, college and military opportunities at the East Liverpool High School College and Career Field on Thursday in East. I got a chance to do it. Liverpool High School Potter Field House.
The event featured more than 60 exhibitors, including universities, colleges, employers, businesses, and the military, all looking to provide information on the opportunities available to them.
The event was aimed at high school juniors and seniors, and all East Liverpool juniors and seniors were required to participate, while East Liverpool’s eighth and ninth graders were interested in preparing for college or a career in college. The treasure hunt gave me a sample of future opportunities. End of the fair.
Prior to the event, several students set up bulletin boards to be displayed during the fair to participate in Skills USA’s local promotional bulletin board contest.
