In Birmingham, a new sports bar called Do Not Disturb will open later this month on Lakeshore Parkway near Lowe’s at 350 State Farm Pkwy.

The bar is owned by restaurateur and Nora Ice Broad St. Poe’s Boys owner Kelly Caulfield, investor London Jackson and former Birmingham City Councilor Jonathan Austin. I am doing it.

The elevated dining experience features multiple TVs to watch the game and some unique cuisine along with cocktails and beer.

“Sports have always been a big part of me and my business partners’ lives,” Caulfield told AL.com. “We enjoy entertainment as a whole, so we combine what we love into one thing. Sports, food, beer and fun are the perfect recipe for everything.”

The “Do Not Disturb” menu includes an oyster BLT topped with signature Broad St. Accent remoulade sauce, signature crawfish grilled cheese and crawfish nachos, lobster corn dogs, and trash can charcuterie (fried pickles, pimento cheese topping). , which includes a variety of blended dishes. Served with bacon jam, fried pork rinds, collard green and artichoke dip, and signature sausage chunks).

The bar also offers something called the Baby Shower Plate. Choose from your favorite boneless chicken tenders or wings, crawfish queso and chips, meatballs, pasta salad and chicken salad, and fried lemon pepper ribs.

Caulfield said the menu prices are reasonable.

“Our menu, our atmosphere and our team are what set us apart from everything else in Birmingham,” Caulfield said. “This is not a Buffalo Wild Wings or Applebee’s or any other traditional sports bar.”

“Do Not Disturb” opens in late October.
