The Franklin Tech University football team’s undefeated season continues.
The Eagles, who played Palmer on the road Friday, led 14-0 at the half.
However, the Panthers did not win easily, scoring 22 points in the second half. But that wasn’t enough to get the job done, as Franklin Tech escaped with a 24-22 victory at Legion Field.
Josiah Little continued his dominant season, hitting the end zone twice for the Eagles and adding a two-point conversion. Ethan Smarr had a touchdown and two two-point conversions to seal the victory for Franklin Tech.
The Eagles (5-0) will look to continue their winning streak when they host Greenfield on Friday.
Hoosac 47, Frontier 0
The defending Intercounty League South champions did their part Friday, defeating the Red Hawks in South Deerfield.
Husac scored three touchdowns in the first quarter to take a 21-0 lead. The Hurricanes added a touchdown and led 27-0 at intermission.
