The SEC will take center stage in the college football world this weekend, with a slew of matchups between the top 12 conferences.

Texas is scheduled to take on Georgia in a top-five showdown in Austin, while Tennessee hosts Alabama at Neyland Stadium on the third Saturday in October. Meanwhile, the University of Arkansas is scheduled to face LSU a week after its win over Tennessee.

With such a huge number of games, it’s only natural that the SEC’s powerhouse programs prepare their fans for the action by creating their own must-see promotional videos.

Let’s take a look at the top 5 College football hype videos for Week 8 of the season:

georgia bulldogs

This video stands alone as the best of the best from concept to execution, as the first part felt like watching a Marvel movie.

Malachi Starks’ narration does a great job and the editing is exceptional. It’s clear that every shot in this video was intentionally scripted. The sound bites are beautifully woven throughout the video and fit perfectly with the overall theme. This was very impressive in all areas of production.

texas longhorns

The stage is set. The corner is standing. And the battle is about to begin. Hook em!

That’s the last line of this must-see video with great writing and excellent narration. It’s intense and does a perfect job of capturing the viewer’s attention.

The music in this video was exciting and helped keep the pace throughout.

The last 30 seconds of the video are special, as the narrator states, “All eyes are on Texas,” along with some great game day visuals.

volunteer tennessee

oh. It was a great flexibility to have Morgan Wallen narrate this video, and the writing captures the nostalgia and love for college football. Of course the music was great and the shots from his concert at Neyland a few years ago were perfect.

This video captures Neyland’s excitement and fans’ excitement. Needless to say, it’s hard not to love Tennessee’s beautiful landscape photography.

alabama crimson tide

This video has lots of fun soundbites, does a great job of setting up the rivalry between these two teams, and showcases some of the best moments in this rivalry.

Former University of Alabama defensive tackle Damien Square had a passionate performance – maybe because he’s 5-0 against Tennessee?

Also check out the :27 mark for a cameo from FOX Sports’ RJ Young.

arkansas razorbacks

Former University of Arkansas QB Casey Dick gives a strong performance in a video that features striking graphics showcasing the history of the Golden Boot.

The second half of this video is full of powerful and exciting highlights that perfectly match the music.
