Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals are still without their first win of the season, coming off a 38-33 loss to the Washington Commanders. Burrow and the Bengals will look to win on the road against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday in Week 4 of the NFL schedule. The Panthers will start veteran quarterback Andy Dalton, who led Carolina to a win on the road against the Raiders last Sunday. Cincinnati is listed as a 4.5-point favorite on the road, according to the latest NFL odds for Week 4.

The Bengals have won nine of their last 10 games against NFC opponents, while the Panthers have lost 17 of their last 20. Should you include the Bengals in your Week 4 NFL picks, or should you look for value in other teams with the NFL spread or NFL betting odds? All Week 4 NFL lines are listed below, and SportsLine’s advanced computer model has all the NFL betting advice and NFL predictions you need to make the best Week 4 NFL picks right now.

The model has simulated every NFL game 10,000 times and has returned over $7,000 in profits on $100 players on A-rated NFL picks since inception. The model has an astounding 187-130 record on top-rated NFL picks dating back to the 2017 season and entering Week 4 of the 2024 NFL season. It has also recorded 41-22 on A-rated NFL picks since Week 7 of the 2022 NFL season.

The model has ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch for straight-up NFL picks four of the last six years and beat over 94% of CBS Sports Football Pick’em players four times during that time, placing it pretty high on anyone who follows it.

Now, the site has looked at the latest Week 4 NFL odds and spreads, money lines and over/under NFL betting lines and finalized picks for every NFL matchup. Click here to see all picks.

Top NFL Week 4 Predictions

One of the model’s top NFL favorites for Week 4 is the Saints (+1.5, 42.5) covering the spread against the Falcons. The Saints have had wins against the Falcons in recent years. In fact, New Orleans is 7-3 in their last 10 meetings with Atlanta.

The Saints are averaging 34.3 points per game on offense, second in the NFL. Running back Alvin Kamara has been sensational in New Orleans, rushing 61 times for 285 yards and four touchdowns. He also caught 10 of 11 targets for 132 yards and one score. Kamara recorded 119 all-purpose yards on the road against the Falcons last season, and the SportsLine model expects him to be in action on Sunday. The model projects Kamara to record over 100 all-purpose yards and the Saints to win and cover the spread in over 60% of simulations. See which other teams to pick here.

Another NFL betting prediction for Week 4 is for the Steelers (-2, 40) to beat the Colts on the road. Whether it’s in Pittsburgh or Indiana, the Steelers have dominated this head-to-head series recently. They are 8-1 in their last nine meetings with the Colts, dating back to Andrew Luck’s time in Indianapolis. The Steelers are 6-1 in the last seven meetings between the two teams in Indianapolis, and the 2024 Colts have been one of the worst defensive teams in the league through three weeks.

Indianapolis ranks second-worst in both total yards allowed and rushing yards allowed. The Steelers’ run-first philosophy makes this a bad matchup for Indy, who should struggle to contain both Najee Harris and Justin Fields on the ground. Meanwhile, defensively, Indy commits the second-most turnovers and Pittsburgh has the league’s best defense in both points and yards. So, anything Indy struggles with is something the Steelers can take advantage of, which is why the SportsLine model projects Pittsburgh to maintain a perfect spread record this year and cover the spread over 50% of the time. See here for other teams to pick.

How to make your Week 4 NFL picks

The model also predicted who will win and cover every other matchup on the NFL schedule in Week 4, revealing three teams that have at least a 70% chance of winning — which could give you some huge cash prizes. Get all your predictions for every matchup exclusively at SportsLine.
