FIFA selects U.S. stadium for 2025 Club World Cup
For the first edition of the newly revamped Club World Cup, FIFA has named 12 stadiums in the United States to host matches from June 15 to July 13, 2025, with the final being played at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. It will be held at the stadium.

The reimagined tournament will see 32 teams compete, with Chelsea, Manchester City and Real Madrid securing a spot after winning the Champions League each of the past four years.
Bayern Munich, Juventus, Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan, Porto, Benfica and RB Salzburg have also secured spots based on their joint efficiency rankings.
Six more clubs from South America, including Boca Juniors, River Plate and Flamengo, and 12 clubs from Asia, Africa and North America make up the remaining squad. Another spot will be given to clubs from Oceania and clubs based in the United States.
