As part of the 35th anniversary of the founding of Marquette University School of Law’s National Sports Law Institute and its 35th Anniversary CLE Series, the institute’s annual fall conference, “35 Years of Sports Law Perspectives,” will be held Oct. 18. Friday.
This program covers developments in sports law, including antitrust law, labor law, Olympic sports and arbitration, gambling, esports, disability and mental health, constitutional rights, gender equality, race and representation. The conference will also include a report on sports law education at U.S. law schools and a presentation on the creation of the National Sports Law Institute at Marquette University School of Law.
The program will be held from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Lubar Center on the first floor of Eckstein Hall, home of Marquette University School of Law. Register online.
