PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Learfield, the exclusive multimedia rights holder of Brown University Athletics, has named Zachary Soulier the new general manager of the locally based team, Brown Bears Sports Properties.
Soulier comes to Brown from nearby Quinnipiac University, where he spent the past two years as associate athletic director for strategic partnerships with the Bobcats. In that role, Soulier was responsible for leading the development and growth of corporate partnership programs to generate revenue and community relationships for the athletics department and its development division.
As general manager of Brown Bears Sports Properties, Mr. Soulier will serve as Learfield’s primary liaison regarding the university’s comprehensive athletics multimedia rights agreement and corporate partner platform. He will work closely with Calhoun and the entire Athletics Administration on all aspects of Learfield’s relationship with Brown University Athletics.

Soulier spent a year and a half outside of the sports industry, serving as senior account executive for growth segments at VidMob and district manager for channel partnerships at ADP. He spent the first seven years of his career with the Boston Celtics, starting as an account executive in October 2014 and being promoted to senior account executive in September 2018.

Soulier earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Stonehill College, where he played on the baseball team and was named captain. He earned his MBA from Providence College in 2022.
