The Atlantic Coast Conference reached the Pacific Ocean.

No. 8 Miami will be in Berkeley, Calif., to face Cal in an ACC game scheduled for Saturday at 10:30 p.m. at California Memorial Stadium. The Hurricanes (5-0, 1-0 ACC) will play outside of Florida this week for the first time in the 2024 college football season. Miami is looking to maintain its undefeated season with a controversial win over Virginia Tech.

Meanwhile, the University of California started 3-1, but lost to Florida State 14-9 in the ACC opener in Tallahassee on September 21st, then lost to Auburn 14-14 on the road in the restart. I plan on winning by 9. This time, the Bears will host their first ACC home game, and ESPN’s “College Gameday” will be watching the matchup live from Berkeley.
