The Jaguars and Titans are both 0-3 and hold a 50% share of the No. 1 spot on the NFL’s waiver order, which was reset on Tuesday to reflect team records for 2024.
The list will be updated weekly and will include tiebreakers such as schedule scores and conference records.
The rankings matched each team’s original pick order in the 2024 NFL Draft. Jacksonville was ranked 17th.
Jacksonville has not made a waiver claim since acquiring former Indianapolis Colts offensive lineman Jack Anderson on June 7. The Jaguars waived Anderson on June 12.
