The fitness app provides users with engaging trainer-led training sessions (both bodyweight and equipment-based) on the Samsung Daily+ lifestyle platform.
Samsung Electronics announced a partnership with Technogym to launch a new fitness app(2) on the Samsung Daily+ platform(1), expanding the health and wellness offerings available on Samsung’s 2024 TVs. The app offers personalized fitness routines and supports both equipment-based and bodyweight exercises for a comprehensive home workout experience.
“In 2024, Samsung TV users will be able to view their TV not only as a central entertainment hub, but also as a way to enrich their lifestyle, especially when it comes to fitness,” said Damian Hyun, vice president and head of the Experience Planning Group for Samsung Electronics’ Visual Display Business. “We are pleased to bring Technogym to Samsung TV as this experience perfectly aligns with our goal of providing our users with a more immersive and personalized experience.”
“In Technogym’s ecosystem open platform strategy, the integration with Samsung TV marks another step in our journey to reach more consumers with our wellness vision of empowering people to live better lives through regular exercise,” said Nerio Alessandri, President and CEO of Technogym.
Trainer-led sessions and customized programs
The Technogym app offers over 130 trainer-led sessions to help users reach their goals, improve their performance and stay motivated. From high-intensity cardio and bodyweight training to mindful yoga sessions, Pilates and meditation, all are led by Technogym certified trainers and specifically designed to be done in front of a screen.
Upon signing in to the Technogym app on Samsung Daily+, each user will be presented with a training program tailored to their personal goals, whether that be building strength, improving endurance or enhancing overall health. Not only does the app track and record progress, it also provides personalized recommendations, ensuring a training regimen that adapts to the user’s evolving fitness journey.
But the Technogym app is not just about personal workouts: it also offers a selection of popular workout sessions, such as the “Most Performed Routines” and “Most Loved Session Episodes”, which are not just about getting healthy, but about joining a community, sharing trends and inspiring each other by sharing your fitness experiences.
